Progressing Cavity Pumps HS series
Hopper pumps for heavy work in the industrial and environmental sectors
Series with a hopper and an auger feed screw to directly convey the product to the hydraulic section are the ideal solution for pumping viscous, non-flowing substances with a very high solids content.
The HS series features a rectangular hopper with an extended auger feed screw leading to the hydraulic section. The length can be customized based on the application. These pumps are suitable for handling poorly flowing substances with up to 35% dry matter content and high viscosity, provided they do not tend to form bridges or blockages. The auger feed screw includes a special device for joint protection.
The inlet cone allows for a perfect feeding of viscous products containing solids to hydraulic.
The inlet part is separated to facilitate the replacement of the rotor along with the coupling pins between the screw and the joint. Thanks to two simple screws, the rotor can be quickly replaced, ensuring fast and simplified maintenance
The DHS, JNS, and FHS series are distinguished by the type of pump-to-drive coupling.

Variants
DHS Series
DHS Series: the motor is directly coupled to the pump via a flange.
This solution is extremely cost-effective and compact, significantly reducing installation costs and simplifying maintenance. The forces generated by the hydraulic part are supported by the motor. Each motor used has been suitably selected according to strict technical parameters and has been subjected to numerous durability tests under heavy loads.

JHS Series
JHS Series: the motor is connected to the pump input shaft via coupling. This solution represents the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All the forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings in the support. These bearings have a very high load resistance. They are mounted with extreme precision on components of the highest quality. It is the best solution when you want to ensure maximum durability and reliability, while requiring larger installation spaces. The bearing holder we designed is modular and can be retrofitted to a single-block pump of the DHS series. Represents the state of the art in this type of installation.

Serie FHS
Serie FHS.

DHSC series
The motor is directly coupled to the pump by means of a flange. This solution is extremely cost-effective and compact, significantly reducing installation costs and simplifying maintenance. The forces generated by the hydraulic part are supported by the motor. Each motor used has been suitably selected according to strict technical parameters and has been subjected to numerous durability tests under heavy loads.

FHSC Series
The motor is directly coupled to the pump via the flange of the bearing support module. This solution is the most versatile as it allows the use of standard flanged gearboxes and output shaft, coupling with hydraulic or pneumatic motors, maintaining the simplicity and compactness of the classic monobloc solution while guaranteeing total reversibility and superior bearing support performance.
This bearing support module can be applied to the entire Diamond series and allows for quick maintenance of the motor drive. Therefore FHSC is synonymous with modularity and reliability with any type of motor.

All the forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings in the support. These bearings have a very high load resistance. They are mounted with extreme precision on components of the highest quality. It is the best solution when you want to ensure maximum durability and reliability, while requiring larger installation spaces. The bearing holder designed by us is modular and can be installed later in a pump with monoblock holder of the DH series. Represents the state of the art in this type of installation.

HS standard Version

Compared to other H series pumps, which are the basic version, this is undoubtedly a robust and capable pump. This version, featuring a hopper and an auger feed screw leading to the hydraulic section, along with the other HS series models, is the ideal solution for pumping viscous, non-flowing substances with a very high solids content.
The HS series features a rectangular hopper and a wide auger feed screw feeding the hydraulic section. The length can be customized based on the application. It is suitable for pumping poorly flowing substances with up to 35% dry matter content, high viscosity, and no tendency to form bridges. The auger feed screw includes a special joint protection device.
HSC Version with open auger feed screw

Series with hopper an auger feed screw to convey directly the product to hydraulic part, are the ideal machines for pumping viscous and non-flowing, with a very high solids content.
The HSC series are the hopper rectangular version with increased auger feed screw to the hydraulics.
The length is customizable depending on application. Suitable for pumping substances poorly flowing with high viscosity that tend to bridge or block. The auger feed screw can be integrated with a special device for joint protection.

HS-R Version

HST Version

HS-B Version (with B module)

Series with a hopper and an auger feed screw feeding into the hydraulic section, these machines are ideal for pumping viscous, non-flowing substances with a very high solids content.
The HSB series is equipped with a rectangular hopper and a wide auger feed screw leading to the hydraulic section. The hopper features the "B" Module, which integrates a special wheel device for feeding the auger, preventing bridge formation and facilitating the flow of plastic or pseudoplastic substances.
It is suitable for pumping non-flowing substances with up to 40% dry matter content that tend to form bridges or blockages, and is particularly effective for products that deform under load (pseudoplastic behavior). The auger also includes a special joint protection device.
