XF Pumps

For Food and Chemical Applications

The XF Titanium sanitary series represents a high-end solution for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic industries. These pumps are designed with a fully hygienic concept and comply with EHEDG and 3-A standards, ensuring excellent cleanability.

They are particularly suitable for Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) processes. Every detail of the design has been carefully developed to avoid product build-up and eliminate dead zones.

All components are manufactured with great attention to finishing and cleanliness, ensuring the highest hygiene standards.

In addition to the wetted parts, the monoblock support and the baseplate are also made entirely of stainless steel (standard execution in AISI 304).

A wide range of connections is available, including DIN 11851, DIN 11864, ISO 2852 clamp, ASME 3-A clamp, DIN 32676 clamp, RJT, SMS 1145, as well as Garolla and Macon fittings for the wine industry.

DXF series

The DXF series represents the sanitary pump with a plug without sleeves. ' It is the solution with the best characteristics of sanificabilità thanks to the design of casing and rotators completely free of dead zones and stagnation. The joint is designed to be perfectly hygienic and free of dead zones, suitable for any type of fluid. 

DXF series

DXF series EHEDG design

The DXF series made with EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) designed casing represents the sanitary pump with the maximum concept of sanitization in the phase of washing cycle. It guarantees internal cleaning with a washing cycle like the standard DXF pump but reduces up to 35% of the flows and quantities of products used during cleaning, obtaining an economic saving. In addition, a lower flow rate during the washing phase corresponds to a lower amount of chemicals used and therefore less stress on the hydraulic components, such as the stator, and thus longer component life.

FXF Series

The motor is directly coupled to the pump via the flange of the bearing support module. This solution is the most versatile as it allows the use of standard flanged gearboxes and output shaft, coupling with hydraulic or pneumatic motors, maintaining the simplicity and compactness of the classic monobloc solution while guaranteeing total reversibility and superior bearing support performance.

This bearing support module can be applied to the entire Diamond series and allows for quick maintenance of the motor drive. FX is therefore synonymous with modularity and reliability with any type of motor.

FXF Series

JXF Series

The motor is connected to the pump input shaft via coupling. This configuration is the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All the forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings in the support. These bearings have a very high load resistance. They are mounted with extreme precision on components of the highest quality. ' It is the best solution when you want to ensure maximum durability and reliability, while requiring larger installation spaces. The bearing holder designed by us, is modular and can be installed later in a pump with monoblock holder of the JX series. Represents the state of the art in this type of installation.
