The series pump DHS for biogas consists of a hopper with screw for mixing and transporting silage towards the fermenter.
The coupling of the pump hopper for the transport of dry matter, with a progressive cavity pump DN for the transport of the part as it were liquid withdrawn from the tanks or in the recirculation from the fermenter allows to have a robust system with low energy consumption and with a low operating pressure .
Pompe progettate per il Biogas
La pompa della serie DHS per il biogas è costituita da una tramoggia con coclea per la miscelazione e il trasporto dell'insilato verso il fermentatore.
L'accoppiamento della pompa tramoggiata per il trasporto del materiale piu secco con una pompa monovite DN per il trasporto della parte per cosi dire liquida prelevata dalle vasche o in ricircolo dal fermentatore permette di avere un impianto robusto a bassi consumi e con una bassa pressione di esercizio.
