Variants
DMXC Series
The motor is directly coupled to the pump by means of a flange. This solution is extremely cost-effective and compact, significantly reducing installation costs and simplifying maintenance. The forces generated by the hydraulic part are supported by the motor. Each motor used has been suitably selected on the basis of restrictive technical parameters and subjected to numerous durability tests under heavy loads.
JMXC Series
The motor is connected to the pump input shaft via coupling. It is the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All the forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings in the support. These bearings have a very high load resistance. They are mounted with extreme precision on components of the highest quality. It is the best solution when you want to ensure maximum durability and reliability, while requiring larger installation spaces. The bearing holder we designed is modular and can be installed later in a pump with monoblock holder of the DMX series. Represents the state of the art in this type of installation.
FMXC Series
The motor is directly coupled to the pump via the flange of the bearing support module. This solution is the most versatile as it allows the use of standard flanged gearboxes and output shaft, coupling with hydraulic or pneumatic motors, maintaining the simplicity and compactness of the classic monobloc solution while guaranteeing total reversibility and superior bearing support performance.
This bearing support module can be applied to the entire Diamond series and allows for quick maintenance of the motor drive. FMX is therefore synonymous with modularity and reliability with any type of motor.
JMXF Series (Titanium)
he MXF Sanitary Series
The MXF Sanitary Series represents the state of the art for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic industries. Designed with a fully sanitary design compliant with EHEDG standards and certified to 3-A Sanitary standards, these pumps allow for maximum sanitation. They are particularly suited for "Clean In Place" (CIP) and "Sterilizing In Place" (SIP) applications. Every geometry is meticulously designed to avoid stagnation and dead zones, featuring high-quality finishes and ensuring the utmost cleanliness of every single component.
In addition to the product-contacting parts, the monoblock support and base are made of stainless steel (standard in AISI 304), with a version available featuring hygienic feet.
All pumps can be configured with a monoblock support (DMXF SERIES), independent shaft bearing support (JMXF SERIES), or bearing housing (FMXF SERIES).
Titanium shaft
The innovative solution of the flexible titanium shaft eliminates the need for joints in the progressive cavity pump, completely solving the issue of motion transmission from the motor to the rotor. Thanks to a flexible titanium rod, hot-fitted between the drive shaft and the rotor, movement is transferred directly, efficiently, and without components subject to wear.
This configuration offers a key additional advantage: the extremely clean transmission, free from mechanical joints, drastically reduces the risk of product stagnation. This makes it ideal for applications in the food and chemical industries, ensuring maximum hygiene and simplifying washing and sanitization processes.
Here the JMXF Version
The motor is connected to the pump's input shaft via a coupling joint, representing the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All forces generated by the pump are absorbed by the bearings present in the support, which have extremely high load resistance. They are mounted with exceptional precision on high-quality components. This version is the optimal choice when maximum durability and reliability are required, although it necessitates larger installation spaces. Our designed bearing support is modular and can be retrofitted into a pump with a monoblock support from the M series, representing the pinnacle of technology for such installations.
